Worldwide Telescope India Workshop
Microsoft Research is proudly presenting the WorldWide Telescope – a virtual telescope that is designed to enhance your experience in astronomical research, science education, entertainment and beyond.
We will update existing users with the latest version and solutions of WWT, provide a hands-on environment to jump start new users, share with you our experiences of WWT-based research including connections with the Virtual Observatory and education collaborations worldwide, and learn from you for future improvements to WWT.
This event is co-hosted by Microsoft Research, California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA). The workshop is free for all participants.
